Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euros or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

All prices are correct at the time of printing. All goods will be charged at the currect prices at the time of dispatch. We reserve the right to alter prices and specification of goods without prior notification.

Shipping And Handling Our standard shipping charge is £7.50, this is for packages weighing up to 20kgs and delivered within the UK mainland. For orders over 20kgs and/or delivered outside the mainland UK, additional shipping charges may be applied, we will contact you if this is the case to let you know the additional cost.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 14 business days . International orders are generally received in under 28 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . Also please inform us of your VAT Number.

The customer must contact A & F Warehouse Ltd to get a returns reference, within 7 days of despatch, if they are wanting to return goods. Good being returned must be received by A & F Warehouse Ltd within 14 days of getting a reference number. Goods without a reference may not be credited.
